Fair Share Vouchers

General Purpose Vouchers, the new vouchers issued included some incremental vouchers, which expand the number of housing subsidies available and thus reduce (or at least limit growth of) the unmet need for housing assistance. Most of these incremental vouchers were general-purpose vouchers, which HUD calls fair-share vouchers.
