Maintenance

The Maintenance work order lines are 305.242.8292 (during office hours), 786.638.9319 (after hours), and are answered 24 hours a day.

During normal business hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST the calls are received and dispatched to a Maintenance Staff Person.

After normal business hours and weekends, the calls are received by an answering service which then dispatches to the On-Call Maintenance person if the call is determined to be an emergency in accordance with HHA's maintenance emergency list.

Emergency Services we respond to after hours:

• Fire, call 911
• Broken gas line or gas leak
• Loss of power
• Broken water lines
• Exposed electrical lines
• No A/C
• Broken door locks or broken windows
• Major plumbing backups and/or conditions that might cause harm to the tenant and/or damage to property (includes overflowing toilet and other exposure to raw sewage)
